Network Services Group (ITS Infrastructure)

ITS Infrastructure is the group responsible for the design, installation and ongoing maintenance and security of the core technology underlying the University's IT Systems. This technology includes the University's Production Servers, Communications and Computer Rooms, the University Network (wired and wireless, LAN and WAN)

Infrastructure is comprised of these groups
  • Systems Development and Administration
    Who develop and maintain computer services for the University Community.

  • Network Administration and Development
    Who design and implement the University's computer networks and systems.

  • Network Field Service
    Who provide the day-to-day connectivity, switching and patching of the above services.
