Client Support Services Group
Client Support and Services is a customer-focused team offering multiple access windows into ITS Services. Each team is dedicated in offering assistance to all customers in finding specific information related to ITS here at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA or providing equipment to create a better learning environment.

The Helpdesk Support provides a first point of contact for ITS clients. The issues supported range from general computing support through to people who are unsure of the specialist service team they need to contact.

Teaching Technology Support is responsible for providing a comprehensive range of teaching related facilities for both faculty and students. These includes task which provides assistance to the faculty and students in the event that there will be a problem on students access.
Student Computer Information, all information regarding student computer accounts can be ask from this group. Some of its concerns are;
New User Process – this facility allows new users to enable their computer account at the University, to set an initial password for their account, and to enable them to print and to have an internet services.
Password Changer – this login page is for University of Perpetual Help System DALTA, for the use of faculty and students only. You must have a current University username and password to log in.
