COLLEGE OF PHYSICAL AND OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
The UPHSD College of Physical and Occupational Therapy is an academic institution committed towards producing competent, skilled and morally upright physical and occupational therapists who are responsive to the rehabilitation needs of the Filipino society and global community through evidence – based practice, continuous quality education and dynamic teaching. The UPHSD College of Physical and Occupational Therapy program is designed to develop entry – level physical and occupational therapists who can competently practice in a variety of settings with different population groups (individual, family and community) across the lifespan whether locally and internationally. The curriculum is based on the guidelines and standards set by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) and recognized by local as well as foreign credentialing bodies.

Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy

Program Overview
The program is designed to develop entry-level physical therapist who can competently practice in variety of settings (i.e. hospital and community) whether locally or internationally. He is expected to be able to competently handle orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, integumentary, pediatric and neurologic conditions at the end of the program. Moreover, he is expected to be able to assume the responsibilities of a clinician, educator, researcher and leader competently at the conclusion of training.
