Graduate School of Education
At the apex of the University of Perpetual Help Rizal are two (2) Graduate Schools. These are the Graduate School of Business and Graduate School of Education. Advanced studies in the field of education and business were offered since 1988. To date, the university offers the following graduate degree programs: Doctor of Philosophy in Education major in Educational Management (PhD-EdMgt) and Special Education (PhD-SPED); and Master of Arts in Education  (MAEd) programs with the following majors: Educational Management; Special Education; English, Mathematics; Science Education; Computer Education Management; Social Science; Nursing Education Management; Guidance and Counseling; Master of Arts in Nursing major in Nursing Administration (MAN); Master in Information Technology (MIT-in progress); Master of Arts in  Education major in Religious and Values Education (MAED RelVal-in progress); and Master of Arts in Teaching (MAT) programs: Health Education; Home Economics / Livelihood Education; and Biological Science.

Cognizant of the many crucial responsibilities of the graduate school is to cater to the education needs of its clientele and adhering to the three pronged thrusts of Instruction, Research and Community Extension. Quality and relevant graduate education to instructional leaders, teachers, health professionals and other allied sciences professions is integrated in all the curricular offerings of GSE.  The roster of graduate faculty is composed of academically qualified teaching personnel with rich teaching and administrative experiences notwithstanding their significant contributions as recognized members of Accrediting Agencies like PACUCOA among others of both graduate and undergraduate programs, book writers, resource speakers, organizers of seminars and trainings in their respective disciplines, members and officers of prominent professional. organizations locally, nationally and internationally, contributors/editors of refereed journal publications and others.

The management or leadership of the graduate school was handed down from one able dean to another. The first dean was Dr. Clarita Lantion in 1990 and Dr. Roberto Gonzalez , for the dean of the Graduate School of Business while the Graduate School of Education  had the following deans: Dir. Gloria A. Ascaño (SY 1996-1997), Dr. Grace R. De Leon (1998), Dr. Consuelo C. Callang (SY 1998-2003), Dr. Florencia C.  Marfil (SY 2004 - 2005) and Dr. Nieves M. Medina (2005 - 2006 to date).

The very first graduate of the Graduate School of Education was Dr. Priscila Jaminal who finished her Master of Arts in Teaching Biological Science in 1993 from a batch of 15 first enrollees in different programs.  Thereafter, GSE has been graduating an average of 7-18 graduates from various programs every academic year.  A successful Alumni Homecoming was held on December 16, 2005 where a number of alumni who were graduates of MAED in different majors and PhD holders were awarded trophies and certificates of recognition. Granting of the awards was based on their achievements regarded milestones that they garnered after the attainment of their graduate degrees. These are clear manifestations of how GSE extends and upholds its commitment to provide its graduates with meaningful and productive life after graduation.

To date, Graduate School of Education (GSE) is underway in the preparation for the accreditation-Application Status of its graduate programs by the Philippine Accreditation of Colleges and Universities Commission on Accreditation (PACUCOA) in 2011.
