OFFICE OF INTERNATIONAL and EXTERNAL AFFAIRS
The University of Perpetual Help System's Office of International and External Affairs (OIEA) welcome scholars and students from around the world. The Office provides orientation, counseling and services to international students and scholars in immigration, financial, personal and cross-cultural issues. We are committed to being a reliable, efficient, and professional resource, and we consider ourselves your advocates in the University and beyond. Established as a system-wide office in January 2007, OIEA proactively facilitates, promotes, and organizes the international programs, events, support, and initiatives to more fully diversify the university in the international perspectives in all aspects of teaching, research and community service. This is achieved through:

International Visitor Coordination Advises administrative staff and faculty members on international matters and develops university-wide policies and procedures pertaining to international programs. International Program Development Provides assistance to faculty members in proposal development and the identification of external funding.
