The office of the Alumni Affairs is currently processing an Alumni ID for lifetime membership in the UPHDAA. You will simply fill-out the form, submit 1 pc. 2x2 colored ID Picture and Php 100, application is available every Monday to Friday, 2:00 to 4:00 pm.
